All our prices include VAT, where charged.


Bookings & Payment


Please check all booking details to ensure they are correct so changes can be resolved in the first instance. All cottages are provided as adults only accommodation (18 years+), this includes day visitors. Strictly no pets are allowed within the cottages (except guide dogs). All cottages are non smoking. Cottages are presented fully equipped with bed linens and towels. A welcome pack is also provided for your arrival.

Your booking is conditional on your deposit payment being received within 14 days of your original booking and the balance paid by the date shown on your booking invoice.

A deposit of £100 for each week/part week is required to confirm this booking

You are able to pay us by Debit Card, Credit Card (no charge), cheque sent to our address above or by Internet Transfer.



Please arrive no earlier than 3pm for your reservation unless prior arrangements have been made with us. You will have your own parking space for your cottage.

Cancellation Arrangements


You may cancel this booking at any time. Deposits are non refundable. Balance amounts are also non refundable but can be transferred to an alternative booking within the same year. We shall only be liable to transfer the following percentages of the balance price, including extras:


  • Cancellation more than one month before first day of booking – 100%


  • Cancellation less than one month before first day of booking – 50%


  • Cancellation one week or less before first day of booking – 0%

We always advise guests to purchase the necessary holiday insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances

If you are not happy about the service you receive from us, please inform us in the first instance and we will try to resolve your concern.


Your statutory rights are not affected.
