All our prices include VAT.

Please check all booking details to ensure they are correct so changes can be resolved in the first instance.

PRE-ARRIVAL

During the booking process we will discuss with you your choice of wine for your welcome pack and ask whether you require bath robes, if requested. Previously we have found guests do not always use all bath robes or towels and it can save unnecessary washing.

All our cottages are fully equipped with no hidden charges. All beds will be made up ready for you and we provide a selection of freshly laundered towels and a bathrobe per person. All cottages are provided as adults only accommodation (18 years+), this includes day visitors. Strictly no pets are allowed within the cottages (except guide dogs). All cottages are non-smoking.

ARRIVAL - AFTER 3PM

All cottages are left unlocked with the key inside ready for your arrival. If you are new and wish to have us show you to your cottage this can be arranged. Please mention this during the booking process. You will find a guest information folder in your accommodation which will provide specific details about your cottage and local area information.

Please arrive no earlier than 3pm for your reservation unless prior arrangements have been made with us. You will have one parking space for your cottage. If you expect to arrive between 6pm and 8pm, please telephone us as you leave home to let us know your approximate time of arrival.

DEPARTURE - BY 10AM

**Please turn heating down to 10 degrees before you leave**

Cottages must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure unless previous arrangements have been made. This gives us time to clean all cottages thoroughly for incoming guests. In the cottage you will find 2 large bags. If you could please place all used bedlinen in one and all other items for washing in the other before your departure. The bags are clearly labelled for you.

PAYMENTS

Deposits and balance payments can be made by debit/credit card or online via a BACS payment. Bookings are conditional to deposit payment being received within 5 days of booking. Balance payments are requested 14 days prior to arrival.

CANCELLATION ARRANGEMENTS

You may cancel this booking at any time. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Balance payments are also non-refundable but can be transferred to an alternative date within 12 months from the cancellation date if notice is given within the time periods below.

We shall only be liable to transfer the following percentages of the balance paid:

*Cancellation more than one month before first day of booking - 100% of balance paid

*Cancellation less than one month before first day of booking - 50% of balance paid

*Cancellation 14 days or less before first day of booking - 0% of balance paid

We regret that in the event of an early departure no refund will be given.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

If you are not happy about the service you receive from us, please inform us in the first instance and we will try to resolve your concern.
